This year, the main tematics of the event concerns the strategies that the companies have adopted in order to achieve a competitive advantage, both on national and global market, depending on each company.

The economic recession has brought light back on one of the most important indicators of efficiency in a company: the competitive advantage. Is the innovation – reinventing the supply-chain – the solution for step out the crisis? How are we creating a competitive supply chain? What were the solutions adopted by the romanian companies in order to gain competitive advantage?
